Ready to become a Certified Beaver Coexistence Professional? Join the Beaver Institute’s BeaverCorps Professional Training Program, the first and only course on professional non-lethal beaver management.

About the Program

Tuition waivers for Californians interested in the Beaver Institute’s BeaverCorps Professional Training Program are no longer available due to high demand and program popularity.

Interested trainees can still enroll in this program at cost and graduate as a Certified Beaver Coexistence Professional. The BeaverCorps Professional Training Program is designed to be completed remotely, without the need for expensive, time-consuming travel. The course is self-paced to fit your life and schedule.

After completing online learning modules, one-on-one field training

mentorship, and two beaver coexistence project installations, program participants are ready to take on independent clients and implement expert-level beaver coexistence projects.

Our partners at the Beaver Institute offer the first and only course on professional non-lethal beaver management, teaching innovative techniques. Tried and tested since 1998, these coexistence strategies have successfully resolved over 2,000 human–beaver conflicts, alongside low-tech process-based restoration (LTPBR) installations, which restore streams and beaver wetlands.
